The twilight forest adds a whole new dimension in the end with its own bosses, tools, and dungeons.

Entering the Twilight Forest
The twilight forest can be entered by digging a 1 block hole, filling it with water, surrounding it with dandelions (or roses), and throwing a portal generator in the water. A portal generator is crafted from a single diamond.

Naga

The Naga is found in the first labyrinth dungeon found in the twilight forest. The Naga drops 7 scales and carminite. The Naga scales can be used to craft leggings and a chestplate, both of which are equivalent to iron.
Twilight Lich

The twilight lich needs to be defeated multiple times, as each of its shield must be broken before it can actually be killed.
In the first stage of the fight, the twilight lich will summon two clones who will shoot projectiles at you. To defeat the first stage, you must break all 5 shields by either doing enough damage or reflecting his projectiles back at him.
In the second stage of the fight, the lich will spawn zombie minions with ever improving armor (tops out at gold). When damaged enough, the fight moves to phase three.
In the third stage of the fight, the twilight lich will start using melee attacks, and can finally be killed for loot.
The twilight lich can drop any of its scepters: the twilight scepter (shoots projectiles), the zombie scepter (summons zombie minions), the life draining scepter (heals you while damaging enemy), and the shield scepter (gives Resistance V for 3 seconds). It will also drop various gold armors and bones.
Hydra

The hydra is a boss monster that can breath fire, shoot explosive bombs, and melee incoming enemies. Once defeated, it drops a Hydra egg as well as diamonds, meat, and carminite.
Ur Ghast

The Ur Ghast spawns on top of the Flaming Nether Tower, and can shoot rapid fire balls as well as dropping a devastating ghast tear rain attack. It will also summon mini Ur Ghast’s to attack the player.
When defeated, it will drop fiery blood, which can be crafted straight forwardly into fiery armor and the fiery sword and pickaxe. (Same recipes as iron/diamond/leather, but using the bottles of blood). Full fiery armor is as strong as diamond, although the fiery leggings are weaker than iron leggings (the other fiery parts are stronger than diamond). The fiery sword does 14 attack damage, or 7 hearts to an unarmored player.
Yeti

The Yetis are found in the igloo of the Twilight Forest. They can shoot powerful ice projectiles and fling the player when it is near. It can be damaged by melee attacks.
When defeated, the Yeti will drop arctic fur. Its fur can be crafted into a powerful chestplate, giving 11 armor points (5 and a half of the armor icons), making it far stronger than diamond or netherite (only 8 armor points).
Inside the Yeti lair you will also find oreroot, which can be broken for wood and iron.
NOTE: Due to conflicts with the original java mod creature, all boss mobs have been reskinned to look different that the original. This might be fixed in a future version.
